The Field Rules

Below are just a few rules to help keep you secure while using the field:

Maximum of 6 dogs using the field at any time (unless by prior arrangement).

Only dogs that are familiar to each other shall use the field at the same time.

You are using the facility at your own risk.

Do not allow your dog to dig or damage any part of the facility. If unavoidable please make us aware.

Please do not climb the fences or electric pylons.

You must not use the facility if your dog is showing any signs of ill-health such as vomiting, diarrhoea, coughing or any other potentially contagious ailments.

The gate code will be emailed to you. I would recommend keeping it on you during your visit.

The field is appointment only and you have exclusive use of the field, so there are no other people or dogs inside the field or car park while you are using the field.

Please leave enough time at the end and start of each appointment to allow you time to leave before the other person arrives. You must leave the car park before the next appointment start time.

If you arrived late to your appointment, you must still leave on time. Please contact me if you do arrive late and I can let you know if anybody is after you and extend the appointment if I can. Anybody who overstays more than three times will be banned from the field.

If you arrive early and see a car in the car park or somebody using the field please remain outside the gate. Once the other car has vacated the field, they will close the gate. If they stay past your start time and do not appear to be leaving, please call me on 07825698293 or 07917770284.

Once the field is vacated you can drive to the gate, input the code, swing the gate to the block (hook it up in windy weather) and it swings back and stops. Drive into the car park and close the gate. You do not have to re input the code to close the gate, just gently push it closed.

The car park is fenced so once the gate is closed you can let your dogs out of the car.

If anybody comes through the gate while you are using the field please call me immediately on 07917770284 or 07825698293, as people need to wait outside.

There are 3 black poo bins around the field, Please can you put your dog waste bags in these marked bins only. There’s also a rubbish bin for general waste.

On leaving the field, please always close the inner gates and the outer gate, even if somebody is waiting to come in. I ask everybody to do this to ensure everyone knows the code.

The field has 5 foot fences, However, if your dog is able to jump high fences the field will not be totally secure. We DO NOT take responsibilities for lost dogs.

Please do not climb the fences or electric pylons.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING BANNED BREEDS

If you own a dog currently on the banned breed list (including XL bully ‘types’ from 31.12.23) you MUST have a Certificate of Exemption & Public Liability Insurance, copies of which MUST be sent to us prior to your visit, failure to do so will mean your session will be cancelled.

Your dog must also be microchipped and neutered (in line with the government timescales/age).

Your dog must be muzzled and on a lead whilst in the parking area and you MUST lock the gate so no one can gain access.

Once you are securely INSIDE the field, you can then remove the lead & muzzle.

Before returning to the parking area you MUST put your dog back on the lead and place the muzzle back on BEFORE.

Please make sure your dog is safely secure in the car before unlocking the gate.

Your dog can only be walked on a 1:1 ratio with the handler. If you have more than one dog in your household, you’ll need to have another member of your household visit with you for the other dog/s to join you. If you have more than one banned breed within your household, they must be walked on a 1:1 ratio, for example Two XL Bully types from the same household must be walked with two members of the household so there is always a 1:1 ratio (dog to handler). There can be no mixing with any other households.

PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED WITH YOUR BOOKING if you do not wish to comply with the requirements.
